happy feast and thank you for your reply but this ix not the answer the real cause is hypercalcemia as followingca is outside the cell and Mg is inside the cells to make cell active specially im muscle ca pass to the cell and make cell active that is called action potential and to make relaction of cell ca must get out of the cell this is done by Mg so if Mg is deffecient ca pass to the cell and remain inside it so action potential contiued and thus leads to tremors what is called  Mg tetany.

i know that cause of tremors are actoin potontial but this is dut to hypre calcaemia in blood??

hypomagnesemia is caused due to eating plants high in K or spread with potach or fertelized by nitrite all these minerals interfer with ca absorbtion and for both in soluble Mg and Ca salts but i mean by hypercalcemia that ca is inside the cells is high but not in blood okيعنى مجازا نقول زياده الكالسيوم يعنى الكالسيوم يكون ليه موجود داخل الخلايا ومش قادر يخرج من الخليه علشان الماغنيسيوم مش موجود او قليلعلشان كده بيتقال على نقص الماغنيسيومgrass tetanyلانه ممكن ينتج عن اكل الحشائش المرشوشه بالبوتاسيوم او النترات او تكون زياده فى التربه اوكيارب اكون وضحت الموضوع كاملاكمان د صلاح قالى ان الماغنيسيوم بيتحكم فى Na K pumps وما لها من تاثير على العضلاتبالتوفيق
